This fast pace, fat-burning, muscle sculpting, metabolism revving 45-minute workout will alternate intervals of cardio, jump rope to be specific, strength and core! Not to worry, you can use a real rope or just fake it! Short bursts of jumping rope, will help to reignite your workout, followed by a wide variety of creative partner strength exercises utilizing body weight, resistance bands and core functional moves! Core moves are integrated using a stability ball, which will challenge balance, strength and core! Just three key elements (jump rope, resistance bands and stability ball) for an effective workout, okay, really four, if you count your workout partner!
So come, shake up your workout, be prepared for lots of fun, friendly competition, boost your energy and learn new exercises to liven up your workout. Notice how your muscles positively respond to a new workout!
