Boost your workout this week with Glutes, Guts & Everything Else! When was the last time you jumped roped, participated in a friendly competition and really had fun working out?


Seriously now, when was the last time you changed up your workout routine? Can't remember? Feeling bored, lacking motivation? Have you plateaued? Grab a workout partner and spice up your workout with Glutes, Guts and Everything Else!  

This fast pace, fat-burning, muscle sculpting, metabolism revving 45-minute workout will alternate intervals of cardio, jump rope to be specific, strength and core! Not to worry, you can use a real rope or just fake it! Short bursts of jumping rope, will help to reignite your workout, followed by a wide variety of creative partner strength exercises utilizing body weight, resistance bands and core functional moves! Core moves are integrated using a stability ball, which will challenge balance, strength and core! Just three key elements (jump rope, resistance bands and stability ball) for an effective workout, okay, really four, if you count your workout partner!

So come, shake up your workout, be prepared for lots of fun, friendly competition, boost your energy and learn new exercises to liven up your workout. Notice how your muscles positively respond to a new workout!
