The Rocky Hill Town Clerk's office, which is located in the Town Hall, has recorded the following property transfers:
208 STARR DRIVE - Robert J. Tangarone to Mark G. Tangarone for $140,000 on Sept. 17
25 MANWELL DRIVE - Robert E. Bullard and Shirley S. Bullard to Dorothy V. Ragonese and Francis T. Ragonese, trustee, for $290,000 on Sept. 18.
