Special Event and Family Program: Tellabration - Storyteller Sharon Lynch at the Connecticut Historical Society

Join us for Tellabration!, a world-wide celebration of storytelling from the Connecticut Storytelling Center that happens each November at sites around the state. Experienced storyteller Sharon Lynch will offer up tales that are great for both children and adults! Listen as Sharon performs and shares:

- "Apple Lore: Rhymes and Activities"
- "Connecticut's Yankee Doodle: The Inspiration for our State Song"
- "Women We Admire"
- "The Darn Man: A Connecticut Itinerant Vagabond of the 1800s"

Come early to explore the CHS exhibits and make your own frame at our FREE family program (10:00 am - 1:00 pm). Pack a snack or lunch to enjoy before the stories begin - we will have space available.

FREE on-site parking is available. Call 860-236-5621 x222 or email erin_strogoff@chs.org for more information.
