Public Hearing on Rocky Hill Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade

Public Hearing Announcement by the MDC regarding the upgrade of the Rocky Hill Water Pollution Control Facility located at 80 Goff Brook Lane, Rocky Hill, CT.

The MDC will be holding a public hearing on the proposed upgrades to the Rocky Hill WPCF to handle peak wet weather flows to satisfy a federal Consent Decree, to provide nitrogen removal from the discharge to comply with permit conditions of the CT DEEP and to modernize equipment at the plant for the next 20 year design period.  All work will occur within the existing plant site.  Project details can be found in the Basis of Design Report dated July 2013 which is on file in town halls and town libraries of both Rocky Hill and Wethersfield.
