Minds in Motion: Fun for Students

Minds in Motion is an afternoon of
fun workshops which engage students with hands-on, fast-paced,
interactive, high-interest workshops on topics not available in the
traditional classroom.  Topics include Energy is a Blast: Make a Mini
Roller Coater, Balancing Circus, The Science of Suds, Acting for Everyone, Ropeless
Ropes:  Fun with Teambuilding, Lego
Robots, and more.

In addition, parents attend special-interest
workshops on important topics related to raising high potential children,
interact with informative vendors, receive free literature, and interact with
other parents, all for free.  Minds in
Motion is put on by the Connecticut Association for the Gifted
(CAG) and The Wilbert Snow Elementary School to benefit students in
Kindergarten through 8th grade.  Learn
