As part of a series for the 2013 Women Composers Festival of Hartford, Wednesday, March 6, features a talk by guest composer Hilary Tann to the ICAM Composers Seminar followed by a concert of regional composers from the Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island areas. New music ensemble 016 is featured performing many of these local works.
