Patch has complied a list of the top stories affecting the residents of Rocky Hill this past week.

The bids are in for the Silas Deane Highway streetscape project and the Town Council is expected to approve a contract for it later this month. The project would improve the area on the eastern side of the Silas Deane Highway and the Route 160 intersection and would add benches, a clock tower and new landscaping.

The Rocky Hill Police Department held a promotion ceremony at Town Hall Monday morning to promote Brian Klett and Mike Norman to the ranks of lieutenant and sergeant respectively.
