Energy Assistance Deadline Extended
Residents must meet income and asset guidelines to qualify for assistance.
The Human Services Department wants to remind residents that the last day to apply for has been extended to May 1.
Residents who heat with oil, propane, wood, gas or electricity may apply for financial assistance with their until May 1. Although after March 15, the only assistance available for propane and oil heated households are unpaid bills after Nov. 15.
