Coldwell Banker South Windsor to take over sales & marketing of Windermere Village

Effective Sept. 1, 2013, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in South Windsor will be taking over the sales and marketing efforts of Windermere Village in Ellington. Windermere Village began as an over 55 development but has converted to a non-age restricted community.

The community has over 123 units and approximately 100 are currently available and/or under contract. There are currently five home styles available to choose from. The village will include a club house that will offer a relaxing atmosphere, fitness center, media and reading rooms and a wet bar to accommodate special events. The clubhouse should be completed by year-end. The community also lies near a walking trail by the Hockanum River.

Tunxis Heights in Bloomfield will be starting at $399,900 and Gatehouse Estates in Granby wil be starting at $529.900. Rocco Sanzo, managing broker of the CBRB office in South Windsor said, “These new construction developments are a good sign that the home builders in Connecticut and specifically Greater Hartford and Tolland Counties are feeling more comfortable about the direction of the economy in general. Although not at peak, it’s an indication that they feel the bottom is past us”.
