Rocky Hill Chamber Hosting 7th Annual Wine Tasting & Silent Auction
The Chamber of Commerce is selling tickets to the event, which helps raise funds for scholarships for Rocky Hill High School seniors.
The Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce is inviting you to come out for a night of wines from around the world, to help fund scholarships for Rocky Hill High Seniors.
The chamber is selling tickets to their 7th Annual Wine Tasting & Silent Auction event, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 25 at the Sheraton Hotel (formerly the Marriott) at 100 Capital Boulevard in Rocky Hill. Tickets are on sale now for $45, a 25 percent discount from the $60 door price, according to chamber executive director Paul Carr.

The theme of this year’s event is World Wide Wines, and will feature a variety of food and wines from around the world, Carr said. The event will also host a silent auction.
The chamber is still looking for auction and raffle donations and sponsors. Anyone interested should contact Carr at the chamber office at (860)528-7633, or email execdir@rhchamber.org.

Proceeds from the major fund raising event go to help fun the annual scholarship awards that the Chamber grants each year to deserving members of the Senior Class at Rocky Hill High School.
