Firefighters & Chefs Chili Cook-off

On Sunday, August 5, 2012, Chef’s Equipment Emporium will host the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department Chili Cook-off and Charity Event.  This fund-raising event will include a Chili Cook-off Contest between three local Volunteer Fire Departments, located in SouthKensington, Newington and Rocky Hill, as well as the charity raffle.  There is a $5.00 pp for a tasting kit to vote for your favorite Firefighters Chili.  All proceeds will be split evenly among the competing departments and will go to their charity of choice.   Chef’s Equipment will be donating an additional $500 to the winner of the Chili Cook-off – also for that department’s charity.
