'Showtune: The Music of Jerry Herman' Starts This Weekend in Rocky Hill

The Rocky Hill Theater will be showing this show tune tribute this weekend and next weekend.

Then you may want to check out Showtune: The Music of Jerry Herman, who was behind tunes from Mame, Hellow Dolly, La Cage Aux Folles.

The event is happening both this weekend and next weekend at the Rocky Hill Theater.

“The show is filled with surprises and rides like a roller coaster,” Rocky Hill Theatre Director Elizabeth Daigle told The New Britain Herald. “The revue comprises both revelations and tight-storied themes, providing a platform for performers to go the distance with their talents."

It will be July 12, 13 and 20 at 7 p.m. and July 21 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors and students. The theatrical event is happening at the Rocky Hill Community Center, 761 Old Main Street.
