Berlin High School graduate Austin Stowell, who made a splash on the silver screen in Dolphin Tale has scored another major movie role again with some big-time stars. Stowell's mother, Elizabeth, is a Rocky Hill resident.
In Dolphin Tale Stowell was featured on screen alongside Morgan Freeman, Harry Connick Jr., Ashley Judd and Kris Kristofferson.
In this movie, Love and Honor, Stowell will star besides young stars Teresa Palmer, Liam Hemsworth and Aimee Teegarden. Palmer is best known for her roles in Sorcerer's Apprentice and Bedtime Stories. Liam Hemsworth starred in The Hunger Games, The Last Song, Expendables 2, and is the fiance of Miley Cyrus. Aimee Teegarden was in Friday Night Lights, Scream 4 and Prom.
The film will hit U.S. theatres in late March, 2013 in limited release.
