Garden of Hope Dinner & Auction

For the past eight years, the Channel 3 Kids Camp Garden of Hope Dinner and Auction has been a GROWING success!  Presented by the Greater Hartford Jaycees Foundation, the annual event will be held on Saturday, May 19 from 5:30pm to 10:00pm at the all new venue in the Marriott Hartford Rocky Hill Ballroom (100 Capitol Boulevard in Rocky Hill, CT).  Join celebrity auctioneers WFSB Channel 3’s Scot Haney and Irene O’Connor for a fun filled night while bidding on a wide variety of items ranging from getaways to exclusive event tickets, dining experiences and more. 

The 2012 event proudly showcases our region and everything it has to offer for both residents and visitors.  The multi-faceted auction features balloon chance, silent auction, wine reception, competitive auction games, great food, valuable door prizes, and a fun-filled, entertaining live auction.  Great items are still being added, check the Kids Camp website for an up to date auction listing!

Guests are invited to sip and swirl with Broadway Wine & Spirits of Colchester, CT at an exclusive wine tasting 5:30pm to 6:45pm.  Donated by Brescome Barton Inc., the special tasting will feature domestic and imported wines for sampling.  The educational and fun tasting experience is a $10 donation per person.

Proceeds from the Garden of Hope Dinner and Auction go directly toward bringing more than 4,000 children from Connecticut and New England to the Channel 3 Kids Camp.
