Rain has been falling all morning in Rocky Hill, which has caused minor traffic problems for motorists and pools of water to form in various locations in town.
There are scattered puddles throughout the streets of Rocky Hill, however there are no flooded roads, according to dispatch.
Bolts of lighting have been seen lighting up the morning sky.
