Police: Windsor Locks Resident Arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft

Arrests in Rocky Hill From Feb. 1 to 2.

 

 

The following arrests were reported by the Rocky Hill Police Department between Feb. 1 and 2.

Nov. 9

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY and CONSPIRACY TO LARCENY - Tyler J. McKinstry, 20, of 37 North St., Windsor Locks. McKinstry was arrested after he was allegedly stealing from a motor vehicle on Knoll Lane at 4:28 a.m., police said.

Feb. 1

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR - Christopher R. Rajotte, 21, of 10 Knoll Ln., Rocky Hill

ILLEGAL OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT MINIMUM INSURANCE - Michelle Brickhouse Wyatt, 33, of 29 Stoney Crest Dr., Middletown

Feb. 2

IMPROPER NUMBER OF HEADLAMPS, FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE and DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - Jason Robert Persaud, 20, of 146 Pheasant Dr., Rocky Hill
